1.no I don't think that social media is not effective on the world it might work for a certain period of time but after awhile that method does not work.
      2. The experiment was to see what method would be more effective to kids on a campus who needed to get shots and at first the method was to scare them and that method didn't work so the method was to put maps around the campus and that method was 28% more effective

  2. 1. No I believe social media doesn't and can't change the world because we can just forget about it and go on with our everyday lives.
    2. When the students were given a route to the vaccination area and asked when it was more convienient for them to come 28% percent of them still went and the previous percentage was 3% so,yes I agree with the expirement (The expirement was to see if the students would get the tetnis shot or not)

  3. 1. No I don't believe social media can change issues in the world because in a week or so that issue on social media is forgotten abou..

    2. The experiment was for students to get a tetanus shot, but the first method was to just scare them but only 3% went. The second was to ask when it was more convenient and even gave a map to the campus clinic. 28% went, so yes I agree with the experiment.

  4. 1. Yes I do believe social media can help change the world because everyone is on it and it can help us promote and preach stuff
    2. The experiment was to see if the students would get the tetnis shot or not. The students were tested.

    1. No I don't believe that social media can help the issues in the world. I say this because, we (society) constantly forget about the hashtags and problems broadcasted on the Internet once a new issue arises. We treat societal dilemmas as fads on social media.

    2. The experiment in the video tested people by offering them tetanus shots. The first offer followed by rumors of muscle spasms so a lot of people did not participate. The second offer was now a obvious map that was presented to students on a college campus that showed them where exactly they can get the shot. The location showed to be pretty obvious. This allowed way more people to want to get the shot. The fact that researchers changed the context of the offer of the shot allowed the majority to actually get the shot the second time it was offered.

  6. 1. No I don't believe that social media will help get the word around too help issues around the world today. I say this because I fell
As if not everything isn't always taken as seriously on social Media.

2.the experiment that went on in this activist video was people
Offering certain shots which led to certain actions by the person whom took it. So since the first was didn't totally work out for them they went about the situation another way , by simply presenting it a different way too where it sounds and looks more safe and appealing for people too take the shot.

  7. 1.yes I would believe it if the people tried to take action.

2.the experiment was to see if some people would help an injured man or go past him the result was 63%, but if they were in a hurry it was 3%.

    1. Yes I believe that social media can help change the world because it spread voices all around the world
    2. The experiment was about them trying to get students to take there shots. No one wanted to take the shots but after being tested they ended up taking the shots.

  9. 1. No, I do not believe that social media can help change the world, but I believe that it will make people more aware of the problems.

    2. The experiment is to test the tetanus shot
With out a lot of information about it 3% of the students participated but with a map showing where the shot is partaken 28% more students then participated in the experiment.

  10. No I don't believe social media can change the world because people forget about what they see on social media and social media is not real life so it can't solve real life issues
    2. The experiment was about students getting the tetnus shot when they told them that it can cause muscle spasm and brake there backs only 3% went to get the vaccine when they showed them a map of were is school is to the hospital 28% went. Yes I agree with the results of the experiment .

  11. 1: Yes, i do believe social media can change the world, with the new generations to come, including this one, everyone is on an electronic divice with some type of social media whether it be instagram or facebook, almsot everyone now a days has an account, and are very heavily influenced with what people say and do on the social media platforms.
2: The experiment was about students getting a shot called the tetanus shot when they were told can cause muscle spasms and were so severe that it can break your bones, researchers thought students just forgot about that the effects were and didnt go and take the shot, but when the gave students a map and showed them how quickley and easily you can go the shot and go the percent went up from 3% to 28%

  12. 1.Yes I believe that social media can changed the world because it allows people to have a voice and it can spread all around the world.

2.The experiment offered to give tetnus shots to people. The first offer was just to scare them into getting the shot but that only worked on 3% of people. On the second attempt 28% went because they had a map telling them where the school was and how to get there. It made it easier for them and yes I agree with the results of the experiment.

  13. 1.No I do not believe that social media can help change the world because an issue shown as a hashtag is only a trend that comes then goes. It doesn't help the community like it's supposed to.

    2. One of the experiments shown in the video was a way to convince students in getting the Tetanus Shot. Using the scare tactic only 3% of students got the vaccination. Giving students a map to a clinic 28% actually got the shot. Having the idea that everything is planned out helped convince students. Yes I agree it is plausible that 28% of people got the vaccination since it was convenient. Most people prefer things that sounds pleasing or easier.

  14. 1.Yes I believe social media can change the world because everyone uses social media and if they say something that people support then it would be shared faster and it would spread more.

2.The experiment offered to give tetnus shots to people. The first offer only 3% received the vaccination because they heard the risk of getting the shot. But when the doctors retried they showed people a map of the testing site and asked them how long it would take them to get there. When people saw that it took little to no effort they went and got the shot.

  15. 1. After viewing the video I believe that social media can help change the world because everyone is always on some type of social media website. Everyone has a social media account. Even charities or foundations that help people or support a good cause have some type of social media account. People on social media see these profiles and like it ,share it and/or follow a page on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter. Social media has become a huge way of people getting their point across and spreading helpful and meaningful information so that we can help or contribute to that cause or foundation.

    2. An experiment mentioned in the video was about the amount of people who took the tetanus shot after the information they were given about the affects of this shot which are muscle spasms and brakes in there backs only 3% went to get the vaccine when they showed them a map of were is school is to the hospital 28% went. I 100% agree with the results of this experiment.

  17. 1)Social media can help change the world because it shows the truth about what is going on around the world not just the opinion of a few but multiple views. It exposes lies and helps educate us on different issues.
2)The experiment talks about how 63% of people stopped to help the person that needed medical assistance when they were not told to hurry to give a speech about the Good Samaritan and when they had to hurry only 10% stopped. I agree because most people wouldn't want to get penalized or miss out on an opportunity to help a fellow citizen.

  18. 1)After viewing i do feel like social media can change the world because almost everyone being online having some sort of social media, in a way it connects us as people and sometimes brings awareness to causes and helps people getting their voices heard.
2)The experiment is about people getting the tetanus shot. Only 3% of the people came to actually get the shot after most of them heard about the risks of taking the shot and were scared off. Then the second try included the doctors telling people where exactly to get the shot and 28% actually got it. I do agree with the results because knowing where the place is can really change peoples minds since they found out how easy it was.

  19. 1. I do believe that social media can help change the world because in modern days such as today everyone is on their phone. And most of the time people find out what going on in the world through social media.
    2. The experiment demonstrated in the video was making up myths about the effects of not getting the shots to scare people into doing it which didn't really work v.s asking people when it would be a good time to get a shot on the campus very few actually went and then giving them a map of where to just go and get the shots which was a lot easier for them. I do agree with the result because giving people a map and leading them where to go is a lot easier and effective than scaring them or making them find the place themselves.

  20. 1. I do not believe that social media can change the world. People get emotional and get mad or sad about something but it never follows through or turns into a movement.

    2. There were a few experiments described in the video. The experiment where they had an injured man in the same path as the people the ones who were in a rush ignored him and others helped him. It shows that people arent caring and the results had to be tweaked and they had to tell the people different things for them to have different actions.

  21. 1. i do belive that social media can help change the world. The reason i belive that is most people spend more time on there phones than noticing things that happen around them. Social media also has a strong connetion for those who use them. Like those who use hashtags or that share what they watched or read.
    2. The experiment demonstrated in the video was for people to take a tetanus shot and explained the results of the shot scaring alot of people. The second time they asked people when were they free and gave them a map leading where to go. This time more people came and that was the result

  22. 1. Yes I believe social media can change the world the reason I think this is because when you got one person looking into something you did or is trying to prove they can get their friend to look at it also which can make that friend pass it on. So it can help change the world.

    2. One experiment method was that when they were telling kids to get tending shots. The kids were not getting them even though they made a lie and said " it can break your bones if you don't get it" but when they gave them a map to go get the shot there was a difference in how many students went to get it. After they did that the results were good so there for I do agree with what they did because it did show a difference.

  25. 1.Social media has a great impact on the world. Social media is where videos and information is released which makes it impossible for some content to be known
    2. I agree with the expirement due to the increase in people willing to get the shots since they made it easier

  26. 1. No, after the viewing of the video I believe social media can't change the world. This is because people would usually forget about the issue or if a different problem occurs they would move on.
    2. An experiment discussed in the video was trying a different way to inform people to get a tetanus shot. First, they tried scaring people with information that tetanus causes muscle spasms so strong it can break their bones, but only 3% got a vaccination. Next they gave directions on a map to where the students were able to get vaccinations, and it went up to 28%. I agree with the results because it shows how much easier it is to inform someone if they have the what is needed to do so.

  27. 1. No I don't believe that social media can help change the world. I say this because this new generation doesn't care about problems that are affecting us in our every day lives.

    2. The experiment mentioned in the video was on tetanus shots. This experiment was to see which type of method would make people get tetanus shot. They tried different approaches to this experiment and the second one was more successful. The Second approach had a more effective way on the college students. Yes I do agree with these results .

  28. 1.No because social media will only affect a persons perspective temporarily. Even though people are constantly on the internet, social media can not make the world change to a certain way. For people to change, the world around them and the environment they live in must change first.
2.Throughout the video, examples were shown to prove that advertisements, social media, etc., cannot persuade people to change. For example, in the video researchers have tried to persuade children to get tetanus shots. They said that they will cause muscle spasms that may lead to breaking your back. At that moment people were worried from hearing that but only 3 percent of them ended up getting vaccinations. This just shows that no matter what people may hear or see, it only changes their outlook for a short amount of time.

  29. 1. After viewing this video i believe that social media can help change the world and the way we live in today. The reason i say this is because on social media can be a way to spread the word around and let the people make their point. Today many people have made profiles on facebook to help people or support them, after that you start to see that other people start to like , comment , share or even follow the page just so people can get their point across. Some of the inforation on social media can be important to others, and could help us educate in different ways.

    2. The experiments mentioned in the video was about how 63% of the people stopped to help the people in need for medical assistance, when they were told not to give a speech. Only 10% stopped. I agree with this experiment 100%.

  30. 1. I believe social media can change the world but it will only do so if a large group of people care strongly about what the activist group wants to accomplish. Although a single post might make you feel a certain way it will be forgotten as your day goes on unless it's brought up again and it's usually not.

    2. In the experiment mentioned in the video people are told a story about a man and they are told to go to a building to give a speech on the story. On the way to the building there was a man I need of help only 10% of the people who were rushed stopped to help. 63% of the people who were not rushed stopped to help. Researchers found out that we don't have to think about changing the person but the contexts around them. I agree with the results when something is made easier of someone it's most likely to be done.

  31. 1. Yes, I do believe that social media can help change the world, because it will make people more aware of the problems going on all around us and maybe even help for change.

I 100% agree with the results of this experiment.

  33. 1) Yes I think social media can help change the world because this is an age of technology and most people use social media to speak to other everyday.

    2) The Experiment in the video was how a man was in need of help and the people were going to tell a story about a man who helped someone who was in need.

  34. 1. I feel like social media can change the world because it spreads different opinions and beliefs and more people would want that and follow you on what you want. And you get more supporters and it changes people's way of thinking. So I feel like social media in a way does change the world of how people may think of each other and the out comes can be good or bad.

    2. This experiment was about about offering tetanus shots to students. Only 3% of the students for the shot. Then the doctors showed them the map of where the school to the hospital is was 28% if them went. So therefore I agree to this experiment.

    2. The experiment mentioned on the video was that a group of people had to walk pass a injured person and find out how many would stop to help n how many would keep on walking.
