ReplyDelete2. 40% of women are expected to makeup the professional workforce within the next 10 years. That means men will make up over half of the workforce. Women are 1.3 times more likely to leave the workforce than their male employees, women quit their jobs more than men do and that's probably because men get paid more than women do.
3. The Goal of Goldman Sachs 10,000 women aims to help women in the developing world gain access to business education and mentoring which is what most female business owners lack. The current results are the program has reached women in 56 countries. It's passed its goal of 10,000 and it's helped 25,000 women and now has a goal of 100,000 women.
